Our Story

Our journey began in 1986 when our founder, who still leads the company today, started his first construction business. Drawing on his expertise from supervising and constructing churches, social housing, and apartment buildings, he quickly built a reputation for excellence. His skill and vision caught the attention of architects and developers, inspiring him to take on larger, more diverse projects. Building on this solid foundation, our current company was incorporated in 1999 and officially established in 2000, marking the start of a new chapter in our story.

Over the years, we have grown from a small team into a versatile and dynamic organization, equipped to handle projects of any size and complexity. We began by managing multifamily developments and soon expanded into custom home design and construction, focusing on Vancouver’s Westside and Richmond. Our expertise has since evolved to include new buildings, innovative concrete and steel assemblies, and pre-engineered structures.

A major milestone came in 2009, when a large tenant at Vancouver International Airport invited us to undertake significant facility upgrades. This included building alterations, equipment foundations, and installations. Our success in these areas led to further opportunities, and we soon began assembling production facilities for manufacturers across the region. Our reputation for delivering high-quality results spread quickly, and we became a trusted partner for facility upgrades, industrial projects, and new building construction.

Today, under the continued leadership of our founder, we are proud to work with an esteemed roster of clients, including Seaspan, Vancouver Shipyards, Cloverdale Paint, General Fusion, and many others.
